Check-In
Student Drop Off and Check-In Consists of 3 Simple Steps:



Complete Symptom Checklist
Take Temperature
Hand Sanitizer
Students will bring completed check-list every morning to verify that the student is not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
Echelon staff member will take temperature of every student before entering the building. Temperature must be lower than 100.4 degrees.
After entrance to Echelon, students will sanitize their hands before going to their designated classroom.
Supplies
Students Will Bring The Following Items:

School Supplies
Students will bring all school supplies and will not share with other students.

Refillable Water Bottle
All students will bring a refillable water bottle to use during to the day to prevent cross-contamination.

Chromebook
Students will be assigned their own chromebook for on-campus assignments and will not share this with other students.

Field Trips

Students will participate in monthly virtual field trips.

Transportation in Echelon vehicles will be postponed until further notice.

Social Distancing

Homework

Google Classroom will be used to assign and track homework

Students will be assigned Online over paper homework as much as possible

Avoid Mixing Students In Common Areas

Dismissal
Students released one by one as cars are announced in line-up. Ending day temperature will be recorded.

What happens if someone gets infected?

If someone is showing symptoms at home that student must remain at home pending their COVID test results. If symptoms emerge on-campus, they will remain in a supervised designated "quarantine room" until picked up by parents.

If any student shows symptoms during school or at home, Echelon will implement a two-hour delay the following day for a deep sanitization of every area in the school building.That particular student's primary classroom will be sanitized and shut down for 24 hours.

If the student receives a negative result, the student may return to school. If positive, the student must self-quarantine for 14 days before returning to school.
